End the Obsession . . . Find Your Perfect Stroller!
Are you obsessed with finding the perfect stroller? Are you spending more time researching them than the last car you purchased? My husband might make me live in one of ours if I don't stop obsessing about them!
My goal is to provide you with all the info you need on the best models available and give you that info in one place. I will help you find the right one for you with less time spent trying to figure it all out on your own. Let's find you a stroller that:
- Makes your life easier!
- Your baby will LOVE to sleep in!
- You can lift into your car without breaking your back!
- Will hold your morning latte and your shopping bags!
- You can fold up without being a rocket scientist!
- And will actually fit in the back of your car!
I have two small children, now 2 and 4. I have had 9 different models(I like to call them my child-containment devices). I still use 3 of them on a regular basis! I'm considering buying one more(don't tell my husband!) - a sit and stand to replace my Combi Twin Sport.
Before continuing your search, answer these questions:
- Where will you be using it? Local shopping trips and running errands, jogging (actual jogging),unpaved roads or uneven sidewalks, big city streets & subways?
- Will you be taking it in and out of the car a lot? Do you want this to be your weight bearing workout for the day?
- What is the weather like where you live? Remember we want the baby QUIET - no sun in the eyes or frozen toes!
- How big is your trunk? No you cannot fit a double jogger in the back of your Ford Focus, sorry!
- How cute is that Bugaboo? I hear Madonna has one! Do you want a super cute trendy model. If you want it and can afford it, go for it! Is it necessary? Uh . . . no.
- Are you having triplets or twins? Or just two kids close in age? Yes, there are many options for you too, even if you have more than three!
- Is one enough? I use three different strollers on a regular basis. A Baby Jogger City Series Double for long walks around the neighborhood, a Combi Twin Sport for trips to the mall or running errands, and a single Maclaren umbrella stroller for short trips when my older daughter wants to walk or when I'm with just one of them.
- Are you pregnant with your first baby and have no idea what the heck you are going to do with it when it gets here? Look no further, go straight to reviews of infant car seat frames!
Click on the links to the left (or below) to view strollers by TYPE or BRAND. If you are still stuck deciding what model is best for you, click on the Contact Me link and send me an email. I'll be happy to point you in the right direction. Or, email me about your stroller(s) and tell me what you love and hate about them! I'm always looking for input from moms to include with my reviews.
Have fun shopping!
Julie (happy but tired mother of two!)
