Kolcraft Jeep Jogging StrollersThese are my favorite in the budget category. The Jeep Overland Limited Jogging Stroller is targeted toward the serious runner and provides a stationary front wheel. The Jeep Liberty Limited Jogging Stroller is their more popular brand and my favorite of the Jeep strollers. My kids love the cute steering wheel toy that is attached to the child tray. It also has all the great features that parents look for as well.
Baby Trend Expedition Jogging Strollers

Instep Jogging StrollersInstep has two cheap jogging strollers worth recommending. The first is the Instep Run Around. This is a fixed wheel stroller for serious running. For those of us who only run around the mall, they offer the Suburban Safari with a swivel front wheel for easy steering. Both are worth a look!
